The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a seasoned architect who brings both technical precision and design leadership. You will take ownership of production, ensure seamless coordination across disciplines, and mentor emerging talent—while working closely with senior leadership to deliver best-in-class architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end production of construction documents, drawings, and specifications
• Drive multidisciplinary coordination to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy
• Oversee code compliance, ADA standards, and constructability across all project phases
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to junior team members
• Contribute to design development and strategic problem-solving
• Manage construction administration activities (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
• Maintain rigorous QA/QC standards and documentation excellence
• Serve as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leadership
Qualifications
• Licensed Architect (Required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5 years of progressive architectural experience
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Rhino, ArchiCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
• Deep understanding of U.S. building codes, construction documentation, and project delivery
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects and cross-functional teams
• LEED accreditation is a plus
