🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and advance strategic partnering opportunities (out-licensing, co-development, collaborations)
- Analyze complex scientific data to develop commercially viable business cases
- Support due diligence activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, CMC, Finance)
- Contribute to licensing discussions, deal structuring, and transaction execution
- Develop high-quality presentations and materials for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical partners
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, partnering events, and scientific meetings
🎓 Required Qualifications
- PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or a related biomedical discipline
- Strong expertise in antibody drug discovery, including: Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), Bispecific antibodies, Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs)
- Demonstrated ability to interpret scientific data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
📈 Preferred Profile
- 0–2 years of experience (recent PhD graduates and postdocs strongly encouraged)
- Exposure to business development, licensing, or translational science is advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
