Project Launch

Stu-Cle Reg CFE Stud Missions - Project Launch position is responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of student-led mission initiatives. This role supports the full lifecycle of mission projects—from initial planning and recruitment to implementation and evaluation—ensuring that each experience is spiritually grounded, well-organized, and impactful. The position works collaboratively with student leaders, campus partners, and mission sites to cultivate meaningful service opportunities that promote leadership development, cross-cultural engagement, and a commitment to service.

• Strong organizational and project management skills


• Experience in missions, service leadership, or community engagement preferred

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively


• Demonstrated cultural awareness and adaptability in diverse environments

Duties and responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the planning and launch of student mission projects - including but not limited to church and school visits


• Coordinate and sustain follow-up communication with churches, individuals, and Project Launch partners


• Assist in planning and executing Student Missions events and programs on campus to promote engagement and awareness


• Support recruitment efforts for student missionaries through outreach, events, and collaboration with campus partners


• Collaborate with campus departments, student organizations, and external partners to expand mission opportunities


• Provide support during mission experiences, including on-site leadership when needed

• Demonstrates a heart for missions with a teachable spirit and willingness to learn


• Ability to use standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)


• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in team settings


• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities in dynamic environments


• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
