What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator for World Outreach Communications and Media position at ANDREW WOMMACK MINISTRIES INC?
Position purpose:
Ensure smooth operation of the World Outreach Global Communications and Media Department by managing administrative, financial, and organizational tasks. This role supports media and translation projects, internal coordination, and compliance with ministry standards.
Essential duties:
- Manage general ordering and purchases for the department.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and manage inboxes for leadership.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
- Coordinate with contractors involved with various translation and media projects.
- Track and record expenses; maintain accurate financial logs.
- Follow up on overdue payments and assist with credit control.
- Perform basic account reconciliation to ensure accuracy, including processing invoices and payments.
- Support internal communication and documentation for media and translation projects.
- Update the Translation team project boards (e.g., Monday.com) and assist with SharePoint updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for office-related services and supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, including Health & Safety and Data Protection.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Implementing Media and Translations to promote Charis Bible College and Andrew Wommack Ministries through media outlets.
- Establish priority/progression of work, as well as timelines for all projects assigned.
- Communicate certain assignments or projects on behalf of leadership with local media outlets.
- Work on and ensure that all agreements with media companies concerning promotion of AWM and Charis around the nations are fulfilled, working through AWM Media Buyers.
- To work on and ensure all policies and procedures (i.e., branding, artwork, quality control) are adhered to in media production by all parties around the world, including the AWM and Charis Bible College locations.
- Create TV schedules for International TV Stations broadcasting Gospel Truth TV.
- Answering all external translation request emails on the translations@awmcharis.com email address.
- Monitoring the process and workflow for new World Outreach translations and media projects.
- Attend meetings, training programs, presentations, conferences, and social events on behalf of AWM as required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Must be able to operate a Windows-based computer with proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe Suite; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge (invoice processing, expense tracking, reconciliation).
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Must sign the Statement of Faith.
- Must agree with the doctrinal statements of Andrew Wommack Ministries and Charis Bible College.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
- A Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass all required checks.
Experience:
- Preferably have at least 1-2 years of experience in media/television production venues or have the educational equivalent.
- Must have a background in operations and communication.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
