Anderson Recruiting Consultants is partnering with a growing, privately held national staffing and executive search firm seeking a Sales Director for its established Atlanta operation.
This is a true selling leadership opportunity, reporting directly to the VP of Sales / Managing Director. You'll serve as the Managing Director's right hand, helping drive revenue, develop new business, and coach a growing team of sales and recruiting professionals.
The Atlanta office has an established team of about 10, supporting clients across IT and Accounting & Finance staffing with contract and direct-hire solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
Competitive base salary (low six figures) K plus commissions
Hybrid schedule – 4 days in-office, Thursdays remote

What You'll Be Doing
- Personally drive new business development and expand existing client relationships.
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales professionals while helping develop newer talent.
- Partner closely with the Managing Director on sales strategy, revenue growth, and office performance.
- Drive contract staffing growth while leveraging permanent placement opportunities.
- Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
- Help scale an established operation with significant growth potential.
- Proven success in professional staffing sales, preferably IT and/or Accounting & Finance.
- Strong contract staffing sales experience is essential.
- Experience mentoring, training, or managing sales professionals.
- A hands-on, engaging leader who still loves selling and closing business.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of growing accounts and winning new logos.
- Entrepreneurial, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
