IT Recruiter – Nashville, TN (Downtown)
We are partnering with an established staffing firm seeking a proven IT Recruiter to join its Nashville team. This hybrid position requires working in the office three days per week and offers a solid base salary and commission plan.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of agency IT staffing experience, a strong production history, and the ability to recruit across multiple technical disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for IT positions across multiple clients
- Source, screen, qualify, and present high-quality technical candidates
- Recruit across application development, data, AI/ML, DevOps, infrastructure, cloud, and related technologies
- Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and Bullhorn
- Partner with account managers to understand client requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Manage multiple open requirements while maintaining speed, accuracy, and candidate quality
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Accurately document recruiting activity and candidate progress in Bullhorn
- Stay current on technical hiring trends, compensation, and candidate availability
Qualifications
- 2 years of IT recruiting experience within a staffing agency
- Proven record of recruiting production and successful placements
- Ideally, a history of producing $10K–$25K in weekly gross profit
- Contest wins, awards, or other top-producer recognition are highly valued
- Strong recruiting experience across multiple IT skill sets, including application development, data engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, infrastructure, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
- Particularly strong experience recruiting within application development, data, and AI/ML
- Experience using Bullhorn ATS is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
- Strong sourcing, screening, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Ability to work from the Nashville office three days per week
