- Grow and expand existing client relationships through high-touch account management
- Re-activate dormant accounts and uncover new revenue streams
- Spend time in the field with frequent client visits, on-site associate check-ins, and local networking events
- Partner internally to generate referrals and cross-sell opportunities
- Proven sales experience in staffing, workforce solutions, or a similar industry
- Comfortable managing a field-based, relationship-driven territory
- Strong balance of hunting for new business and farming existing accounts
- Resilient, consultative seller who can produce results quickly
- IT staffing preferred but open to all verticals
- This role prioritizes in-person client engagement
- Flexible hybrid/remote options available for experienced, high-performing sellers
