I have teamed up with a leading AISC fabricator, who are on the look out for a Project Manager to join their team. They are ideally looking for a seasoned professional, someone who can come in as a PM and work towards stepping into an Operations role.

Job Overview:
- Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout project lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end commercial steel fabrication projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
- Supervise fabrication teams, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and installation
- Identify and resolve fabrication or logistical challenges proactively
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols
What you need:
- 3 years in structural steel project management
- 3 years working directly in a steel fabricator or erector
