💰 $100,000–$130,000 bonus
A growing residential developer with an in-house civil engineering team is seeking a Civil Project Engineer to help design communities across North Texas.
Work directly with the development team, focus on hands-on engineering, and see projects progress from design through development.
The Role
• Partner with project managers on design direction, schedules, and deliverables
• Complete grading, drainage calculations, and utility/storm drain sizing
• Prepare reports and studies
• Guide EITs as designs advance to completion
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–8 years of professional civil engineering experience
• Strong AutoCAD and Civil 3D proficiency
• Residential land development experience preferred
• EIT or PE preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take ownership of work
