Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager – Land Development

A nationally recognized engineering and consulting firm is actively seeking a Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to support the continued growth of its Land Development team in the Phoenix market.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the design and execution of land development projects from concept through construction
- Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and roadway design plans
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Assist with project management responsibilities including schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Mentor junior engineering staff and support overall team development
- Support permitting efforts and agency coordination throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE license preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Experience within land development/site civil engineering
- Strong technical background in:
- Grading
- Drainage
- Utilities
- Site layout
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience working on commercial, mixed-use, residential, or institutional projects preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
