I’m currently working with a leading, employee-focused engineering consultancy that is continuing to invest heavily in their Structures / Bridge team across the U.S.
They’re looking for Structural Project Engineers who want to play a key role in delivering high-impact transportation infrastructure projects.
🔧 The Role
You’ll be involved in the design and analysis of bridge structures, working alongside a strong multidisciplinary team to deliver projects from concept through construction.
✔️ Bridge design & structural analysis
✔️ Develop detailed construction drawings
✔️ Collaborate across design teams, contractors & agencies
✔️ Ensure QA/QC, compliance & technical excellence
✔️ Work directly with DOTs, municipalities & key stakeholders
🧠 What They’re Looking For
✔️ 4 years in civil/structural engineering (bridge focus)
✔️ Experience with DOT & municipal projects
✔️ Proficiency in tools like MicroStation, Leap Bridge, AASHTOWare, OpenBridge (or similar)
✔️ Strong understanding of AASHTO / LRFD standards
✔️ P.E. (or ability to obtain shortly)
