A rapidly growing civil engineering firm in the Conroe area is looking to add a Civil Engineer (EIT) to its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who wants broad project exposure, mentorship, and the chance to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of civil engineering projects, including:
- Land Development
- Site Development
- Municipal Infrastructure
- Drainage
- General Civil Design
The team is looking for someone with strong Civil 3D skills who is eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Candidates who are actively pursuing their EIT are encouraged to apply, even if they have not yet obtained the certification.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the design and production of civil engineering plans
- Prepare drawings and construction documents using Civil 3D
- Support projects from concept through design and permitting
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers across multiple disciplines
- Gain exposure to a wide variety of civil engineering projects while developing your technical skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT certification preferred, but candidates actively pursuing their EIT will also be considered
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $70,000–$100,000 (depending on experience)
