Salary: $96,750–$140,000 bonus.
Ready for a role where you can lead projects, grow into leadership, and work on some of the most exciting land development projects in the Austin area? I'm partnering with a well-established engineering firm that's looking to add a Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager to its growing team.
What you'll be working on:
- Lead land/site development projects from concept through construction.
- Design site layouts, grading plans, storm drainage systems, utilities, and erosion & sediment control.
- Prepare stormwater management plans and coordinate with local municipalities.
- Work directly with clients, architects, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and engineering deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team.
What they're looking for:
- PE license Or EIT
- 4-6 years of land/site development experience.
- Commercial or residential project experience.
- Strong experience with grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater design.
- Proficiency with Civil 3D.
- Strong project management and client-facing experience.
