This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, based in Meredith, NH, with opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, and offer case management services to ensure clients receive comprehensive care. You will work collaboratively with clients to support their mental health and foster a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
- Expertise in Treatment Planning, including the ability to develop and tailor individualized therapeutic strategies
- Strong background in Social Work and Case Management to provide comprehensive client support and resource coordination
- Proficiency in Mental Health counseling practices, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health challenges
- Experience in Family Therapy to support families and couples in resolving conflicts and improving relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, trusting relationships with diverse clients
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or equivalent in the state of New Hampshire
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working in a clinical setting and providing teletherapy is a plus
