Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, based in Green Cove Springs, FL, with flexibility for remote work. The therapist will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health services, including individual and family therapy, creating and implementing treatment plans, conducting mental health evaluations, and performing case management duties. The therapist will work closely with clients to develop strategies to address their mental health challenges and enhance their overall well-being.
Qualifications
- Experience in counseling, including Mental Health, Family Therapy, and Social Work
- Expertise in developing and implementing Treatment Plans tailored to client needs
- Proficiency in Case Management and coordinating resources for clients
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse populations
- Licensed as a mental health therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Florida
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Familiarity with systemic and evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus
