This full-time, on-site role in Saint Johns, FL, is for a Speech Language Pathologist. The individual will assess, diagnose, and treat clients experiencing speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, conducting interventions, tracking progress, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - Proficiency in Speech Therapy practices, including assessment and treatment techniques
- Knowledge and experience in addressing Communication and Language Disorders
- Expertise in managing and treating Dysphagia or related conditions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work compassionately and confidently with individuals of diverse backgrounds
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and certification (e.g., ASHA certification) as required for practice
- Experience in mental health settings or with interdisciplinary therapeutic approaches is a plus
