Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Telehealth - Private Practice

Balance Mental Health, a growing and values-driven private practice based in Concord, NH, is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic licensed therapist to join our team full-time.

This position is 100% telehealth and allows you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your own workspace while being supported by a friendly and efficient administrative team.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy and counseling to diverse populations.
• Maintain timely documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards.
• Stay current with advances in research, treatment approaches, and cultural competency.

• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• Active New Hampshire therapy license (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA and neurodivergent clients.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working independently.
