Balance Mental Health, a growing and values-driven private practice based in Concord, NH, is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic licensed therapist to join our team full-time.
This position is 100% telehealth and allows you to provide care to clients from the comfort of your own workspace while being supported by a friendly and efficient administrative team.

- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy and counseling to diverse populations.
- Maintain timely documentation and uphold professional and ethical standards.
- Stay current with advances in research, treatment approaches, and cultural competency.
- Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Active New Hampshire therapy license (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA and neurodivergent clients.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort working independently.
