HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a highly skilled Technical Program Manager - Autonomy to support cross-functional initiatives across Perception, Prediction & Behavioral ML, TeleGuidance, Planning & Controls, Mapping, and Collision Avoidance.In this role, you’ll drive planning and execution of key autonomy programs, track performance metrics, and enable engineering teams to deliver on critical business objectives. This is a project-based role focused on improving autonomous driving behavior and system performance.The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically fluent, and experienced in leading complex, cross-functional software programs.As a Technical Program Manager - Autonomy, you'll:Partner with engineering managers and functional leads to translate high-level goals into actionable roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives focused on improving autonomous system performance.Support program development for TeleGuidance and Routing teams.Identify risks proactively and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Create and deliver executive-level updates on program status, risks, and key milestones.Drive autonomy software and mapping content releases in partnership with engineering teams.Standardize frameworks and automate processes to improve program execution and scalability.
