HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company find a QA Engineer to support the testing and validation of product software features.In this role, you’ll execute manual and automated testing, investigate software issues, and help ensure product quality throughout the development process. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to validate functionality, identify defects, and support the delivery of reliable software.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, curious, and eager to troubleshoot complex issues while building expertise in software quality and test automation.As a QA Engineer, you'll:Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for product software features.Write and maintain automated test scripts using Python.Perform hands-on testing of software systems and features.Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.Own test coverage for assigned features and independently follow issues through closure.Investigate system behavior, logs, and test data to help diagnose failures and identify root causes.Collaborate with software engineers and cross-functional teams to validate functionality and ensure quality expectations are met.Assist with test automation efforts and ongoing testing activities across the development lifecycle.
