- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of work experience in an IT role.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience managing projects; project management or scrum certification is desired.
- Experience working in a manufacturing organization is desired.
- Willingness to work on-site.
- Experience with at least one of the following software applications: Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Salesforce, Microsoft Power BI, Workato, Snowflake.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Highly proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with project management applications like JIRA.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at any given time.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
