Part-Time or Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:15 AM–5:30 PM
Amplify Children's Academy is looking for a warm, dependable, and nurturing team member to be a resource teacher in our infant classroom. This is a hands-on caregiving position working with infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months.
The primary focus of this role is providing attentive, responsive care while supporting the classroom team during their scheduled breaks. If you enjoy working with babies and are looking for a consistent weekday schedule, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–5:30 PM
- Consistent weekday schedule
- No evenings or weekends
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, attentive, and responsive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months during the midday period.
- Provide hands-on care, including bottle feeding, diapering, and putting infants down for naps.
- Follow each infant's individual feeding, sleeping, and care routines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment while providing close supervision.
- Comfort and respond to infants' individual needs with patience and consistency.
- Provide age-appropriate opportunities for play, exploration, and interaction during your time in the classroom.
- Communicate with classroom teachers about children's routines, needs, and important observations.
- Follow Amplify policies and applicable licensing, health, and safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience caring for infants or young children is preferred.
- A genuine love for working with babies and young children.
- Patient, nurturing, dependable, and attentive.
- Comfortable providing hands-on care, including feeding, diapering, and nap routines.
- Able to work calmly and responsively in a busy infant classroom.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment for children.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
