Are you passionate about providing high-quality, nurturing care to young children? Amplify Children's Academy is looking for a warm, dependable, and engaging Toddler Resource Teacher to support our toddler classrooms and provide consistent, responsive care for children ages 18 months to 3 years.
This is a great opportunity for an early childhood professional who enjoys working with toddlers and wants a flexible part-time or full-time schedule while being part of a supportive teaching team.

What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, responsive, and nurturing care for toddlers ages 18 months–3 years.
- Support established lesson plans and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate, play-based activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through play, exploration, and daily routines.
- Provide hands-on care, including diapering, toileting, feeding, nap routines, hygiene, dressing, and age-appropriate self-care.
- Safely lift, carry, and physically assist young children as needed throughout the day.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
- Support children's individual needs, growing independence, and well-being.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom while following licensing requirements and maintaining required documentation.
- Support the daily routines and learning environment of the classroom.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with toddlers or in a childcare/preschool setting is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and providing hands-on care.
- Patient, compassionate, dependable, and able to respond calmly to the changing needs of toddlers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt activities and interactions to meet individual children's needs.
- Flexibility and confidence working across different toddler classrooms.
