This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Supervisor based in Allen, TX. The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations within the machine shop, manage production planning, and ensure the effective use of equipment and personnel. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating milling and machining activities, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring adherence to production timelines and safety protocols. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and maintain high product standards is essential.
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, delegation, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Experience in Production Planning and coordinating workflows to meet deadlines efficiently
- Hands-on knowledge of Milling and Machining processes
