Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Allen, TX. The Human Resources Assistant will support HR-related functions, including assisting with HR management activities, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with a core focus on supporting our recruitment efforts for our fast growing business. The successful candidate has a passion for building relationships with external candidates and internal hiring managers.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements -- THIS IS REQUIRED
- Desire to build a career in Human Resources
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to maintain 100% confidentiality for all aspects of the role and the department
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
