Location: Lewisville, TX 75056
Monday & Friday, remote | Tuesday-Thursday onsite
6-month contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Data Analyst to support I-9 and E-Verify remediation projects through reporting, analytics, and compliance tracking. This role focuses on identifying and resolving compliance gaps, supporting TNC and pending E-Verify cases, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support I-9 remediation efforts including data review, gap analysis, and correction tracking
- Build and maintain Excel trackers and dashboards for:
-Missing/incomplete I-9s
-Section 1 & 2 completion timeliness
-E-Verify compliance
-Remediation progress
- Manage E-Verify exception cases including TNCs and SSA/DHS pending actions
- Track case timelines, escalations, and follow-ups
- Produce compliance reports and identify trends, risks, and process improvements
- Maintain audit logs, SOPs, and standardized tracking processes
- Partner with HR stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution
- Support onboarding compliance, training tracking, and EEOC reporting as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1β3 years of experience in HR operations, compliance, onboarding analytics, or data analysis
- Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data validation, and conditional formatting
- Experience working with I-9 and/or E-Verify data
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation
