An Oregon children’s hospital is seeking their next Interim Director of Clinical Operations, Pediatrics!
The Position
- The Interim Director of Clinical Operations, Pediatrics, will be responsible for the day-to-day clinicl practice management operations throughout the facility.
- This leader will focus on streamlining processes, KPI’s, quality control, process improvement, safety, and staff engagement.
- The Interim Director will collaborate closely with the Revenue Cycle team and will focus on insurance authorizations and will assess administrative duties, realign responsibilities, and implement process improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency.
- This leader will provide guidance and education to direct reports in an effort to identify a permanent successor.
- Ideal candidates will bring knowledge/skills pertaining to audits, practice management software, KPIs, and operational experience.
- Must be highly organize and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
- Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, public policy, accounting, or related field is required.
- Master’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Compensation Range: $185,000 to $195,000 annually.
- The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
- The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
