An Iowa medical center is seeking their next Interim Finance Consultant!

The Position

• An Interim Finance Consultant (CFO) is needed to lead and manage all finance and support service operations throughout the facility.
• Key responsibilities include enhancing financial oversight across all departments, mentoring and developing leadership within the management team, driving monthly financial performance reviews, and delivering timely finance reports and weekly updates on incentive plan goals.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience as CFO (or equivalent) in a hospital or similar healthcare setting of comparable size, strong emotional intelligence, excellent listening skills, the ability to quickly build trust with a tight knit team, and adaptability to a close community and diverse environment.
• Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Pay Details

• Pay Range: $250,000- $260,000 annually.
• Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
