Gillette is known as the "Energy Capital of the Nation" as there is a lot of coal, oil and methane gas that is found in this area of Wyoming. There are 10 daily flights that go from Gillette to hubs in Billings, Salt Lake City and Denver for those who like fine cuisine dining and retail shopping. One July 4th at the softball complex in Gillette there was a fun Mud Volleyball game and lots of nice food and drink for everyone afterwards.

The Position
- The Controller will serve as a key member of the executive Finance team and will be responsible for the oversight and management of all accounting operations throughout Hoskinson Health and Wellness Clinic.
- The Controller will strive to maintain engagement in all financial operations areas and will ensure survey and audit readiness.
- This leader is the primary advisor and strategic partner to the health system’s executive team as they work to create and achieve financial goals.
- The Controller will coordinate all aspects of the interim and annual external audit; build and maintain company financial policies and controls; prepare financial statements and narratives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; develop high-functioning teams; and lead five-year planning efforts for operational and capital budgets.
- Utilize data-informed decision-making processes, as well as keep abreast of all relevant business issues, market trends, and significant risks.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong Physician Practice experience is required.
