Our client, a Medical Center facility under the aegis of a California Public Ivy university and one of largest health delivery systems in California, seeks an accomplished Junior HR Generalist

Position: Junior HR Generalist (Job id – 3272669)

Location: Los Angeles CA 90024 (HYBRID onsite work 2-3 days a week (T/Th/F) and is non-negotiable.)

Duration: 5 Months Strong Possibility of Extension

Required Experience:

• Customer service experience and acumen within an office or medical environment required, as well as strong administrative experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of or experience with HR systems, HR processes, and supporting department management and executives
• Intermediate experience with all Microsoft programs required

Preferred:

• Prior experience within University Campus or Hospital
• Experience with Monday.com, AI, or other project management tools strongly preferred.
