Administrative Assistant (Hospital / Medical Center)

Overview:

Our client, a not-for-profit hospital system, seeks an accomplished Administrative Assistant.

*** Location: Santa Barbara, CA 93105

*** Duration: 10-week contract with the possibility of extension

Notes:

• Mon – Fri (flexible), 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Contract to cover LOA. If contract is completed, there are opportunities to join company FTE down the line. No guarantees.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree preferred.
• Technical Requirements: Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
• Typing: Minimum 45 wpm keyboarding/typing speed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Clear communication.
• Experience with Invoice tracking.
• Experience with Calendar Management (large part of responsibilities).
• Scheduling.
• Thorough and clear verbal and written communication.
• Problem solving skills.
• Collaborative.
• Discreet and tactful due to confidential information.
