Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 2nd shift, 4:20 PM – 2:50 AM
The Line Lead will engage the shift production team for the assigned area/lines and ensure the standard work processes are followed.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Actively staff, plan, and execute full clean, partial clean, lot change, power hour.
· Provide operator performance feedback for improvement to supervision/Line Focus Team.
· Ensure that Machine Operators are properly trained.
· Support validation team for process validation activities.
· Report daily results on KPI’s (e.g. Safety, Quality, OEE, Root Cause Identification)
· Effectively communicate and work with LFT, other departments, and other shifts through effective shift handoffs.
· Actively build capability of team members to take on more process ownership and autonomy.
· Drive sense of urgency by knowing all line downtime and escalating quickly.
· Spend majority of time on the floor to support team in capability/skill building and escalate to get help.

Safety Protocol:
· Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
· Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
· Support safety policies and programs.
