Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the daily coordinator of safe, accurate, and timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. Supports execution of daily and weekly schedules and priorities. This role ensures production lines are staged on time to support operational efficiency, maintain inventory accuracy, and follows all safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. Acting as point of contact in manager absence.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Coordinate and assign daily work activities to warehouse associates to ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for operational questions and issue escalation during assigned shifts.
· Monitor workflow, staffing, and material availability, adjusting priorities as needed to support business demands.
· Verify accuracy of inventory transactions, staging, and documentation; investigate and escalate discrepancies.
· Support training, coaching, and mentoring of warehouse team members to reinforce safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
· Communicate shift handoffs, key issues, and status updates to supervisors and cross-functional partners.
· Model and enforce compliance with safety policies, GMPs, and standard operating procedures.
· Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment within warehouse and production areas.
· Select, prepare, and load products for outbound shipments based on customer and shipping specifications.
· Receive, unload, inspect, and properly store inbound raw materials, ingredients, and packaging materials.
· Maintain accurate inventory using electronic inventory systems and follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) guidelines.
· Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
