Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Training is during 1st shift, average 3 to 6 weeks depending on the individual:
1st Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
This position is responsible for assisting in the repair of facility equipment. This role is developmental and will continue to learn and assist more experienced faciltiy technicians in multiple work assignments.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Installs and removes office furniture.
· Maintains maintenance records for facilities related projects.
· Repairs flooring and walls as necessary.
· Assists with plumbing installation and maintenance.
· Assists with airline installation and maintenance.
· Assists with the installation of ductwork.
· Completes painting projects as necessary.
· Changes air filters inside and outside of rooms.
· Performs preventative maintenance on equipment such as checking oil, inspecting wear parts, air filters, etc.
· Complies with company safety practices.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.
Safety Protocol:
· Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures.
· Correct or report any observed safety hazards.
· Support safety policies and programs.
