Paint Line Worker (3rd Shift)

Production Paint Finishers, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing 3rd Shift Paint Line Team.

No painting experience is required. We are looking for dependable people with a strong work ethic who want to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career.

Every experienced painter on our team started somewhere. Your journey begins by learning our production line, hanging and packaging parts, understanding quality standards, and mastering our processes. As you develop your skills, you'll have the opportunity to train into industrial powder coating and liquid painting.

What You'll Do

• Hang customer parts on an overhead production line
• Remove finished parts from the line and package them for shipment
• Inspect parts for quality before and after painting
• Assist with masking, preparation, and material handling
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with teammates to meet production goals
• Learn multiple positions throughout the paint department
• Develop the skills necessary to become an Industrial Painter

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
