Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Handle clerical duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Support office management functions including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with administrative tasks for other departments as required, ensuring smooth operations.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingual capabilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience in front desk roles or office management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and proofreading is essential.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
