Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk activities, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing training and support to uphold service standards and improve team performance.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and promptness to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, answer incoming calls with courteous phone etiquette, and direct calls efficiently.
• Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting for the resort’s overnight operations.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel experience with a strong focus on guest services.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
• Knowledge of hotel management software systems and night audit procedures for accurate financial reporting.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to supervise staff, foster teamwork, and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Deep understanding of guest relations principles within a resort or hotel setting to create memorable experiences.
