Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities equipment, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Utilize hand tools, schematics, electrical equipment, and programmable logic controllers to troubleshoot issues and execute repairs.
- Maintain building interior spaces through painting, carpentry, and general facilities maintenance tasks.
- Repair plumbing systems and perform maintenance on HVAC units to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities and document work completed accurately.
- Assist with maintenance painting projects and support other team members in facility upkeep as needed.

Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
- Proficiency with electrical work, including electrical equipment repair and understanding schematics.
- Hands-on experience with plumbing system maintenance and HVAC system repair.
- Ability to operate hand tools safely and effectively; familiarity with ohmmeters for electrical testing.
- Knowledge of building interior maintenance, carpentry, painting, and facilities equipment upkeep.
- Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
