What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance- Part Time position at Westwood Shores Waterfront Resort?
Immediate opening for a Part-Time (20-25 hours per week), year-round maintenance person. Job duties include but are not limited to; general maintenance, daily pool maintenance, in-room maintenance, snow removal (sidewalks/entrances), light landscaping and other projects as needed. Basic general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC helpful but not necessary. Pool operations or certification is helpful, but we will train.
The maintenance position offers a competitive hourly wage based on experience and benefit package, a flexible (primarily daytime) schedule, some weekends required (Saturday and Sunday), paid lunch, birthday bonus, cafeteria/flex plan, vacation, use of the facilities, a referral bonus program and enjoyable working conditions.

Dedicated individual needed to join our team. Duties would include, but not limited to, light ground maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool cleaning and testing.

Duties would include, but not limited to, light ground maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool cleaning and testing. Must be able to lift 75 pounds. Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle and be self motivated.
