American Workforce Group (AWG) is a locally owned staffing agency in search of our newest Business Developer! We have an immediate opening in our Longview, WA location for a driven individual ready to learn the staffing industry from the inside out.
If you've ever been interested in getting into sales but wanted a structured path to success, this is your opportunity! We provide hands-on training and direct mentorship to help you grow alongside us.
The AWG Path to Success:
- Mentorship: Receive direct training from our Sales Manager to master the "AWG Way."
- Phase-In Growth: Start by learning the internal office operations before gradually transitioning into the full business development and sales side.
- B2B Networking: Actively search for and identify local companies looking to grow their teams.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional partnerships with current and potential clients.
- Professional Representation: Act as the face of AWG in the community, embodying our core values of Passion, Integrity, Communication, and Accountability.
Details for Business Developer:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00/hour (DOE) plus Monthly Commission!
- Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
