American Workforce Group is a local manufacturing mill in Hoquiam, WA looking to fill an important Industrial Millwright role.

Description for Industrial Millwright:
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and equipment
· Align, level, and install mechanical components including pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and bearings
· Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and production systems
· Diagnose mechanical failures and implement corrective actions
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
· Use precision measurement tools and hand/power tools
· Assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and plant improvements
· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
· Work with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime
Details for Industrial Millwright:
· Pay: $23-$35/hour
· Schedule: Monday through Friday
· Shift Hours: 7pm-7am - Night Shift
Requirements for Industrial Millwright:
· 3 years of millwright, industrial maintenance, or mechanical experience (preferred)
· Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and steam systems, bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, welding, and fabricating
· Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical documentation
· Strong toubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, bend, pull, push for 12 hour shifts
· Must have good math skills
· Experience with rigging, alignment, and equipment installation
