Our IT Department is looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our team to help provide internally developed and third-party software solutions to meet our needs. You will be technically involved in all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, resolving issues. You will have hands-on participation in the full SDLC process and convert our requirements into working software that follows our architectural standards for various business processes. You will report to the CRM Application Development Team Leader.

The Day-to-Day
- Develop solutions, primarily in Salesforce.com and other technologies as prescribed in our technology eco-system standards
- Provide expertise in Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Salesforce Workflow, SOQL, SOSL and Force.com API
- Customize Reports and Dashboards
- Familiar with coding tools and testing tools like Code Builder, Copado, AccelQ, GIT, and JIRA
- Manage technical development of software from launch through user acceptance, including projects which affect multiple departments and pose high risk situations
- Design steps and modules, defines timelines, identifies and resolves issues
- May make decisions regarding technical direction, including solution decisions with guidance
- Provide support and troubleshooting for production platform
- 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including multiple successful implementations
- Experience working within the Financial Services industry, at a wealth management or investment firm
- Expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex Classes/Triggers, SOQL, SOSL and Force.com API
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Scheduler, Inbox, and High Velocity Sales
- AZURE Integration experience
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related discipline
- $85,000 - $150,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience
- Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance
