- Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certified Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Valid and unrestricted SLP license — license required if applicable
- Driver's license required for consideration
