Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience and night shift availability.
Details
- Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a hospital environment
- 12-hour night shifts, 7pm–7am, schedule varies
- 3 shifts per week, 13-week contract
- No on-call responsibilities required
Requirements
- Active GA or Compact RN license required
- Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 2 years of PCU or progressive care nursing experience required
- Driver's license required for consideration
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff who wish to return as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break prior to starting
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
