Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Catheterization Lab position in the Dallas, TX area, requiring a minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Cardiac Catheterization Lab setting within a hospital environment
- Position requires floating between two facilities in the Dallas metro area (Mesquite, TX and Farmers Branch, TX)
- Day shift: 06:30–15:00 with a flexible schedule
- Rotating on-call required, approximately 12–15 days per month and every other weekend
- 5 days x 8-hour shifts
- 13-week contract
- Charting system: Epic experience required
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Current ACLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
- Interventional Radiology (IR) experience preferred
- Epic EMR experience required
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Perform cardiac catheterization procedures, with IR cases as part of the caseload
- Black scrubs required; facility also provides scrubs
- Local candidates are accepted for this position
