American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist for a night shift travel contract requiring experience in both CT scanning and general radiography, with a 50/50 split between the two modalities.

• 4x10 hour night shifts, Sunday through Thursday
• Approximately 50% of time spent on CT scanning and 50% on general radiography (X-ray)
• Must be willing to float to perform X-ray duties up to half of the time
• Canon CT scanner used for computed tomography procedures

• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and/or CT required; license required if applicable
• Experience operating Canon CT equipment preferred
• Proficiency in both CT scanning and general radiographic procedures required
• Must be able to obtain and corroborate patient clinical history to support procedure completion

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures and computed tomography to produce sectional anatomic images for interpretation by a licensed practitioner
• Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of procedures
• Expected to exercise professional judgment and maintain conduct consistent with medical ethics
