Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with 2 years of experience for a 13-week Home Health assignment in Bartlett, AK.

Details

  • Care setting: Home Health, with rare Hospice involvement
  • 8-hour day shifts with no on-call requirements
  • Charting system: Meditech

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
  • Current BLS certification required
  • Meditech EMR experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license required for consideration
  • License required if applicable

Additional Information

  • Candidates with previous employment at any Bartlett Regional location must disclose it on their resume or application
  • COVID vaccination or a signed declination form is required for all staff at this facility
