American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Metairie, LA, with a preference for candidates who have prior outpatient experience.

• Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting
• Patient population consists of outpatient orthopedic cases
• Productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with 12–14 patients seen per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• 8-hour day shifts
• No on-call, float, or weekend requirements
• 13-week contract

• Active PT license required; license required if applicable
• Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• First-time travelers and new graduates will not be considered
• PTAs will not be considered
• Date of birth required for consideration

• This clinic is part of a travel team network, with the possibility of placement at this location or a neighboring clinic
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any OT hours are worked
• Local candidates within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
