American Traveler is hiring an LPN with LTC experience for a 13-week assignment at a state veterans home in Hawaii, providing skilled nursing care across variable shifts.

- Long-term care (LTC) setting serving veterans
- Shift schedule is variable and will be based on census and facility need
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Current Hawaii LPN license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
- LTC setting experience required
- Current BLS/BCLS certification required
- Proof of flu vaccination or facility-approved medical/religious exemption required prior to start
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include patient assessments, treatments, medication administration, provider notification, admissions and discharges, ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulized treatments, wound vac care, and CPAP care
- Candidates must be available to arrive the Thursday prior to their start date for a required employee health appointment on Friday
- Flu vaccination may be administered at the employee health clearance appointment if needed
