American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Surgery/OR position in Elgin, IL, requiring a minimum of 1 year of surgical nursing experience and an active IL RN license.
Details- Day shift position, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- On-call required on a rotating basis, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- 13-week contract
- Active Illinois (IL) RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of surgical nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross)
- DOB and SSN required for consideration
- Workplace Violence Prevention training (DCI/BVP) required — can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or the free CDC resource
- Experience with the facility's designated EMR system is required — candidates without relevant EMR experience will not be considered
