What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Specialist position at American Plastic Molding Corp?
In this role, you will:
- Safely transport products throughout the facility using a forklift.
- Move materials between production, warehouse, inspection, hold, and slab areas.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Verify product quality and container condition before shipment.
- Wrap and label pallets.
- Print and attach pallet labels.
- Maintain accurate inventory through physical counts and end-of-run counts.
- Pull and stock inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) practices.
- Receive products into the IQMS system.
- Complete shipping, receiving, purchasing, and customer service paperwork.
- Organize and maintain warehouse locations.
- Perform forklift safety inspections and utilize scanners and warehouse management tools.
- Support warehouse goals, continuous improvement initiatives, and team success.

- Holds a forklift license or has forklift experience.
